Shipping & Returns Policy

At Wakers, we promise to elevate the everyday with thoughtfully designed objects. We want your experience receiving our products to be as delightful as the products themselves. Please review our policies below regarding shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (India): Free for orders over ₹2999. Flat rate of ₹65 for orders under ₹2999. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to treasure your WAKERS purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, or personalized goods.

     

Damaged or Defective Items We craft our companions for the everyday with high standards of quality. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at wakersindia@gmail.com with details and photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. To start a return, you can contact us at wakersindia@gmail.com.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, UPI, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
